hey i need some help 96-98 civic

which heads are these for??
sir, si, type r??

and is it cheap for those heads brand new 130 shipped?

what about the replica sir bumpers brand new for 280 shipped?

the top one looks the just a black hosing
and bottom oem.
130 each? or 2 of them?
