Default hey all you b series guys!

Alright, I got an obd1 b18b1 in my hatch. Just a stock swap, car already had a cat back exhaust prior to the swap. I'm doing a bit of trading tomorow, getting a 4-1 header, test pipe, and a pp 68mm tb with no fitv and a hole for the iacv. Im pretty sure I gotta open up the IM a lil bit for the tb, now my question is, will the tb have any negitive affects on my motor? I understand throttle response will be better, but as far as gains... if any... will it be worth it? It's all going on at once, and I have no money into this.

Advice is welcome!! Thanks guys

+1 you will need you intake to be @ 68mm to feel any effects. But IMO it will only net you 1-2 hp. If you were boosted, then youll feel the difference.

Youll get better/cheaper results with an intake manifold gasket.

I'm obviously going to port match the intake. I'm not a tard. And I'm not looking for any major gains. It's a free part, just lookin into it.

like he said if its n/a i dought your gonna "feel" much of a gain unless it's boosted. if you weren't a tard you wouldnt ask these gay questions its been covered many times. you cant expect much from most these noobie questions in these forums. stock b series t/b is about a 58-60mm as it is so 5mm isnt much. some are t/b's are taper bored some are str8 bore.a link i found form just a 5 minute search http://www.h o n d a-a c u r a.net/forums/showthread.php?t=66762 (take the spaces out of course) you may gain some hp but from my readings you loose a bit of torque
