Post hesitation issues?

i'm having issues with my car, i'm out of ideas on what it is i hope someone can help me. whenever i drive my car for awhile and the motor is warm i turn it off and let it sit for a couple of hours but after that i start if up again and drive it seems like the butterfly is stuck! when i step on the gas it hesitates and jerks, but when i let off the gas it seems like the butterfly is sucked and doesn't wanna go. i've cleaned the butterfly with throttle body cleaner and nothing, i replaced the sensor behind the intake manifold and nothing too. so please help me if you know what it could be? thanks

Does it take a few second then go? Kinda rumbles around then your good to go or what?
If so it's the same problem I was having and one day it just stopped. Still does it every once in awhile but I just kill it and start it back up and I'm fine.

yeah sometimes when i turn it off it still does it, but most of the time it's ok cause i don't really drive it as much, and yea it takes a few seconds then go. everything works fine other then that, vtec, and coolant is fine. it gets worse when i down shift and hold it at a high rmp like at 5k or 6k it jerks back and forth

It almost sounds like you are having a MAP or TPS sensor problem.

jump the service connecter under the passenger side foot well and see what the code is. there's a how-to in this forum... use it.
