Hesitation, bogging at 3000 RPM GSR SWAP

Default Hesitation, bogging at 3000 RPM GSR SWAP

1992 EG with 94 GSR, Car has been running fine for about 5k miles

at 2.5-3krpms the car hesitates rpms dont go up car has no power then 1-2 secs later the tach jumps up and power. Seems to be only at this rpm.

Searched and people mention knock sensor and fuel filter.

Car has a chipped p28 with stock GSR fuel map with KNock sensor disabled.

Any ideas? Fuel filter likely?
