Default Hesitation on accelaration

1997 Honda civic 4 door EX. 145k miles. I have recently cleaned and cleared all the fuel lines, did a full tune up. But it is still acting up.
Last night was real bad. Prior to last night it was intermitent and not easy to reproduce. The rpms will bounce around. It never revs faster always drops. It isnt an electrical power loss. I have a feeling it is possibly the transmission, but have no idea what would cause it.

Usually the transmission will cause the RPMs to rev higher and trigger a check engine light with a trouble code for different shaft speeds from a slipping clutch pack. I would check the ignition system. Have you checked the distributor cap, rotor, etc?

check the cap and rotor for cracks and moisture and suspect that coil if the cap and rotor are clean

will do all of this guys. There is no codes and I was hoping it isnt a vacuum leak. Those are so hard to track down.
