I was considering sleeving my SOHC and just fully building it over a turbo, how has your experience been staying SOHC?? im just lazy i dont really feel like swapping the motor, i rather work with what i have, im looking at the same goals as you, more so around 300-350 at the wheels.
About how much did u pay to sleeve the block, including the cost of block??

ok, i didnt read earlier that its a SOHC block. I was gonna say my GE sleeves dont look as beefy as yours, but theres the difference SOHC vs. DOHC

That thing that looks like a block guard is similar to one ,but this one is built into the sleeves..
I paid $700 for the sleeves through VS Racing
Then i paid $100 for the complete bottem from Inline Pro. (Stan hooked me up.)
I plan on running as much boost as it takes to reach my goal,or i will run lower boost and a shot of nitrous.
