helppp with throttle cable

i recently replaced my intake manifold and when i put the throttle cable back on i dont know how much to screw it on and how tight or where to screw it

so please let me know where to screw the two bolts on the throttle cable

i adjusted it but like when i pull the lever all the way down it gets stuck when it comes back up and like the cable is like half on the lever and half off.

what do i do now?

im runninng my stock d15b8
