ok so i tried to post this is the other civic forum but it seems like no one ever writes in it so imma take a shot here can someone please help me


ok so i was about to buy this 03 si from the dealer. everything was great but whenever you press in the clutch and release it it makes a very loud squeeky sound. he said it was because the person that had it before but a bunch of performance crap on the car and probably put a performance clutch in it and its too tight and its going to cost me problems
thats why he didn't want to sell me that modded one and was tryin to get me to buy a 100% stock 03 si for the same price??

you think that true that its to many problems or is it that its a new clutch needin to be broken into??

its not worth it to take the other one right

the noise is prolly just the throw out bearing/ release bearing...nothing to really to worry about but I personally would rather get the un-molested one
