the dohc zc is a obd-0 engine and you have a obd-1 car, and i believe it is not a recomended swap unless you can find the rare obd-1 zc!
but there are wiser men out there then me who can put this straight!

Go with the Z6, I've had a DOHC ZC in a previous car, and while it is a good motor, I would stick w/ the newer technology designed for your chassis. It's aprox. the same power either way.

The DOHC D series from the early Integra is crap compared to the other motors we have available. Why would you want that?
The OBD1 ZC is rare? I got one and they didn't say anything about it being rare. Get this or a Z6, the ZC has slightly higher compression but I would get whichever is cheaper and readily available.

Re: HELP ZC OR D16Z6 (DEVINEER)
I've got a 94 CX with a DOHC ZC that I got off EbAY for $300. While it is a good motor, has gobs of power, it bolts right in using the your tranny and harness, and some d-series stuff bolts to it (headers, intake, ...), I wouldn't recommend buying one because it's been so hard to find the little things like a distributor. I've gotten 3 that are supposed to fit and none of them are the same as my old one. But if you're looking for a cheap & easy swap ZC is the way to go.

Re: (EGinNY)
Forgot to mention since your car is a '92 it is Pre-wired for vtec from your fire wall back. Simply purchase the motor harness with the motor (d16z6). it will plug right in and be ready to go......with a P28 computer
all this can be found at a local junkyard in any '92-95 civic EX or Si
I got my motor for 400 w/ dist. and harness, andthe computer for 100 (pics in link in sig.)

Get the z6 and for the love of God stop typing in caps. Seriously though, the z6 has a wayyyy broader aftermarket and it's more current than the ZC would be. Not to mention it has VTECHHHH!!

Whilst the Z6 may have more aftermarket support I think the ZC delivery of power being much more linear would be a better option and if you were to turbo down the track would be the better one
