help on wiring ex door panels
can anyone tell me how i wire ex power door panels? i dont even know where to start. might pick up a set this weekend, and want to see whats involved before i tackle the project.

I think you are saying going from no pwr doors to pwr doors right? The wiring is pretty much from the door switch to the fuse box... there is a spot on the fuse box for this but it needs to be wired from behind i believe.... and then either to the window motor or to the doorlook actuators... I don't know any of the real specifics... sorry I couldn't help more... I have seen an 96 ek go to a full 00 Si front end including the doors from the Si and I know it was a pain wiring it.

I gotta agree. A friend did the wire up on my car and Opi's hatch. The guy was really good at car alarms and stereos, so it was a snap for him, took about 4 hours total
