There is a factory grommet in the firewall right below the battery that your underhood wiring goes through. Carefully slit it with a razor blade and feed your wire through (no bigger than 4 gauge, if using 0 gauge drill a hole and use a good watertight grommet)
Pick up a small tube of clear silicone caulk and caulk around the wire.
good luck

But that's not what you said and no one mentioned that you had to.
And the answer would be no.

Even though you have presented yourself in a less than desirable manner, I am going to add to the information for you and for any future potential users who find this thread.
There is also a grommet on the drivers side engine bay firewall that has lots of room for the cable from the battery to inside the car.
It was very easy to run the cable behind all the brake lines into the gromet and then add it to the wire channel on the driver side door rail area under the carpet.
This was on a 95 Hatchback. No need to pull the dash as the entry is easily accessible with everything installed in the car.
Might be a little easier than the passenger side as there is no condenser in the way.
