Default Help with wiring
under my dash..there is a wire that's lose..it's blue with red stripe and has two grey marks on it every other inch or so.....it looks like it's coming out of one of the cruise control wire..my cruise control wire is not working..my horn isn't either..and could that be the reason why my brake lights are not working while pressing on it..but will turn on when headlights are turned on..

no horn no brakes? check the fuse under the hood.
