Hi all,
Sorry if in wrong place as new member.
I need help how to if possible to by pass honda speedo and get v-tec to work.
I have a 1992 b1.6 a2 in my classic mini and running all stock Honda but have after market clocks in the dash.
On the flash code it keeps coming up with speed sensor fault. Is there a way of disabling maybe this from ecu.

I would make sure the sensor works first. Speed sensor is in the tranny, right below the intake. That is of course if you are even running a honda b series trans. What code exactly is it throwing.

It's coming up with speed sensor fault. The engine is complete Honda and got a voltage off tjethe speed sensor. As far as I know they have wired it straight to the ecu.

There is a TSB for the vss for the b16 out of the Si, which if its a b16a2 it is. Might want to google for it.
