Help window keeps fallin off track

Help window keeps fallin off track
I have a 99 si and the window keeps fallin off the track. I put in a new regulator and motor, and spray down the side with lubricant and it work fine. Three days later it falls off the track again. I then readjust it again, then again it falls off. Any help please???
