is your cat stock or aftermarket? if its aftermarket then you will fail. the last time i checked (which was like 2-3 months ago) NO aftermarket cat will pass if its on a obd2 car, but peole still sell them. and if you dont have a BAR sticker then u dont need to worry about your exhaust cuz u will fail before they even look at your exhaust.

Exhausts DO NOT have anything to do with emissions from the car. Realize that it is after the cat and the only purpose the exhausts serves is to muffle the sound.

The only thing you need to worry about is noise levels, if it is not too loud and under the legal limit permitted for sound, then you should be fine.
