Help. what order would you do this in?

Help. what order would you do this in?
So i got a 93 hatch VX Dropped in Funtion and Forms. (Bonestock). Its pretty clean.
I need to know what you guys would do in your own order.
I NEED a new front bumper. (the plastic where the lip would be mounted is torn off)
I want to paint it OLIVE GREEN.
Build my single cam.
-Y8 head
-BisiMoto Cam
-Spring and retainers
-BisiMoto Header
-AEM intake
-skunk2 intake mani
and a tune by BISI.
WHAT ORDER WOULD YOU DO THIS IN?
(My paint is going last.)

Make the car look good, and then mess with the single cam...
The car will be slow with that setup.
I would much rather have a car that is slow, and looks good. Then slow and ugly.
