Default HELP. What to check when buying a imported car

Im thinking of buying a rhd eg. He said imported from japan. I want to know something to ask for to see and some things to check before i purchase to make sure its legit.

Compare the VIN numbers on the door, dash, and firewall first. Make sure the car wasn't pieced together. The VIN should start with J if it was made in Japan.

Make sure there are new muffler bearings, and that there is enough blinker fluid and you should be set

yah check all vins and check for signs of welding on the firewall and stuff. also carefully inspect valuable interior components because smoking is big in japan, you dotn want to get seats that look like swiss cheese lol.
