is your delsol Targa top??

it might be leaking for the weather seal there,
the moving water may be in the trunk where the spare tire is at.

if there is not water in the trunk and the carpets are dry then the water is probable in where the rear window rolls down, the drains are probably plugged. The only way to fix it is to either put the car on a hoist and take compressed air and blow back up through the drains or to remove the panel that holds the window and then blow the drains out that way.

The drain holes for your electric rear window compartment are clogged up.

You need to take the rear window assembly apart and clean the drain tubes in the rear window compartment.

Or if it has 2/3 of a tank of gas it makes similar noise, but trust me it is clogged drain tubes.
