Did you check for a blown fuse? Check to see if the pump is getting 12v if it is and it's not working then it needs to be replaced.

If you can't hear it then it's the pump. If you can hear the pump then the nozzles are plugged.

Have you located the connector to the pump? If so being it is open to the elements the connector might have corrosion on it. Try to plug and unplug that connector a couple of times and see if that will do the trick.

If I get an 98 in today I will look for the fuse for you.

So, I was wondering what my next step might be. I just replaced the washer pump and still no go. I have checked the fuse as well and it looks good. I can not even hear the pump try to do anything. I am wondering if it's a power issue, what ways could I check that?

Thanks in advance,

Are you kidding me?
You live in Florida.

Go drive somewhere that gets snow and salty roads, Then tell me you dont need washer fluid.

Try checking your Underdash Fuse #26
My service manual says, Windshield wiper motor/windshield washer motor.
Its a 20A fuse.
