are you trying to do OEM controlled windows and locks or something aftermarket?
if OEM wiring will not be too bad, because the locks are a very simple negative trigger. that means theres three wires on the lock switch ( grn/org BLK and grn/wht) blk is ground, grn/org goes to lock and grn/wht goes to unlock. so you have to run power through the OEM boots and run a 12v+ wire straight to the lock motor.

now that thats probibally got you scratching your head... ;-) the easiest way to do it will be with door lock actuators. ideally youd want to pair those up with an alarm. there won't be any modification required to the door panel, and it will operate all from the alarm transmitter. omega research makes nice doorlock actuators ( ds-2.2). ive got those on my EG and they work like a charm. if you want to do it yourself you can pick each one up for less than $20. if you head to your local 12volt shop, you can have an alarm done with both door actuators for like 229.95.

as far as the power windows... my reccomendation would be the autoloc manual/automatic conversion kit. it will come with caps to cover the oem holes for your cranks and rocker switches ( which by the way look KILLER on the oe dummy plates on the eg centerconsole )
if you want to have it professionally installed youre looking at about 349

Cleanest way is a complete 96-98 ex floor harness and complete 96-98 ex doors, then just swap the skins out for your old skins.
