Default help trouble codes!

I have two codes from my ecu. I just got my swap done a week ago. I run a b16a2 usdm engine. I have code 65 secondary heated O2 sensor heater circuit fault and code 9 cylinder sensor position sensor internittent interruption or cylinder position sensor no signal. Could wiring be at fault or the sensors are no good. I think my buddy got the secondary O2 sensor from my old engine. My harness was full and uncut for the b16a2 engine.

My car sounds like it backfires in low rpm's. It doesn't feel like all the power is there and the throttle response sucks.

Thanx guys.
