will 215/50/17's fit on a 99 civic ex coupe?

what size rims?
as far as clearance yes. But you have to make sure you have 17inch rims first and if so then they more then likely will fit

ok lets see 215/50/"17" so im guessin 17 in.rims dumb ***...or maybe ill squeeze 18 in. into the 17 tires...

but for the more intellegent people, the car is lowered 2" with neuspeed springs

The tires you're asking about are nowhere near the correct size for your Civic. The car's stock overall tire diameter is 23.44". The tires you mentioned will result in an overall diameter of 25.46, which will greatly affect your gearing and your speedometer accuracy. The 17" tire with an overall diameter closest to your stock setup would be 205/40-17, and that's what I would suggest using if you insist on running a 17" wheel.
