Default Help taking off my wheel ?

I took my civic hatch dx to get my front brake done. and after 2 weeks i decided to put my rims back on and now i run into a problem trying to take off my driver side front wheel. i took all the lug nuts off but the wheel wont come off. i could spend it freely without as it's on the jack stand but i cant find a way to get it off.
i hammer it with the mullet but its not comin off.

need help? i think the mech messed up my wheel by tighten it to much?

hope u guys could help me out ..
over all every wheel came off normaly but accept for the front driver side. so i decide to roll on dounuts another week until i find a way to get it off.

thanks for reading....

Put one of your lug nuts back on loosely. Kick the bottom back of it, or use a rubber mallet, hit the same spot.

Pry bar between the wheel. Some WD40. Worse case pull off entire hub if your wheels allow. If not kick it. Good Luck
