HAHA you guys got off easy.I had the same problem when installing my koni yellows. I had to take the whole shock/spring assembly and LCA out as a whole. grind the head of the bolt off then cut that sides u shaped shock mount bracket off, tear the rubber bushings away from the bolt, pull the LCA off the bolt, melt the rest of the rubber out of the bushing in th LCA, hacksaw the steel ring that goes around the OEM rubber bushings, knock them out, and install new energy suspension bushings. ITs was a pain in the *** to say the least.

Re: HELP ON SWAYBAR INSTALL (95excoupe)
I had similar probs with my spring/shock install. The bolt on the rear left would not come off.. it was rusted in. So, we took a breaker bar and a long pipe to make the extension longer. My friend's dad came out and almost lifted the whole car *snap* bolt broke, then we went to Home Depot and bought a new one.

Re: HELP ON SWAYBAR INSTALL (OR-G)
i have had a lot of trouble installing suspensions on cars from the north in general. odds are if you are putting that much force onto the bolt, you WILL snap the head off the bolt. take the LCA/shock assembly out and buy a new one. hopefully you can get those other bolts off with any problems. Another hint for in the future, every few months or so, losen and retorque suspension bolts. don't give them a chance to sieze up on you.
i have good write up on my sway bar install on my team website. http:24.163.40.82/team.htm

Re: HELP ON SWAYBAR INSTALL (95excoupe)
Some people say heat it up a little with a torch to help loosen stuff up.
Never had that problem myself luckily, just used a breaker bar and it worked, although one time the nut welded to the shock broke. but wasn't a big deal.
