I've got a 92 si. My god damn sunroof is scratching up the paint above the passenger side.
When I use the tilt function, the passenger side clearly doesn't go high enough, so I need to push it forward. When I attempt to slide the moonroof back, I need to push it forward to raise the ?locking piece? high enough so that it doesn't contact the paint. I can't move the driver side slider at all, but the passenger side moves easily.
Has anyone ever had this problem? What can I do to fix it?
I believe it is the piece that locks the sunroof in place when closed that is scratching it?? Its ******* annoying because it ripped into my new paint.
