Default HELP - STUPID ADAPTER STUCK IN SPARK PLUG HOLE

The gayest stupidest thing happened.

I was performing a leakdown test and there is an adapter piece that screws in the hose, and that adapter screws in the spark plug whole.

I go to unscrew it all, and the hose unscrews from the adapter and the adapter stays screwed in. WTF

What could get it out???

UPDATE: got it out with 2 screwdrivers. Thanks to all for help.

lol, i did that before. You really have to make sure that adaptor on there is really tight on the hose. Luckly for me, it was not too tight and i found a socket that fit down the whole to get it out.
