yesterday it rained really hard and my car siezed up cause water got in the intake and maybe the distributor and today the car worked fine but now my speedometer isnt work right it just move up and down aimlessly. Can any one help me out to let me know whats the problem.....

Vechile Speed Sensor? Thats my guess, its located on the tranny to my knowledge, it happened to me once when the speedo wud just shut off, but it came back on. I think it has something to do with my cv b00ts

cv boots? WHAT?
um, no.
the VSS is located on the firewall side (back half) of the transmission, on the top. its a grey connector with 3 wires comming out of it. i had a BAD problem with mine a while ago, it was a bent connector on the wiring harness.

i was just saying what i think my problem is coming from - i decided to let acura do my cv boots while my car was in the shop for awhile. But now i think something is up with the install, im thinking axle cuz when i am rolling and get on the brakes all i get is a grinding, thumping sort of noise from the passenger side.

Sounds like the damn caliper is hitting the brakes, but that never happened before when i first had the car
