Speed sensor --> speedometer

ICM (inside distributor) --> tachometer

-Check whether the blue wire attached to the ICM is disconnected.
-Check whether the blue wire is broken somewhere between the ICM and cluster.
-Check whether the blue wire terminal in the cluster or distributor connector is damaged or corroded.
