Help!! Replaced ignition switch, car turns on but won't turn right?
My car keys got stolen, so I installed a new ignition switch. The car will turn on, shift gears, everything normal, but will not turn right. Turns left fine, but not right. It's a 2000 Honda Civic EX. Help! This is driving me crazy!

Sounds like she's destined to be a dirt track or asphalt car with only wanting to turn left lol! All kidding aside, not sure what to tell you other than double check your work. I'm sure others on here will have some good troubleshooting ideas for you. Great site here with many knowledgeable people that can always help.

UPDATE: Thank you all for your help. My boyfriend fixed it today while I was at work. The old ignition switch was still connected to the steering column, so the safety latch for the new one wasn't connected. But he got it off and fully installed the new switch on the steering column and everything worked! Thank you all again.
