Help removing mirrors on a 94 coupe(ej2)

Can anybody tell me how to remove the side mirrors?(i have an EJ2 so they're manual)i dont want to just start prying crap and break something,any help would be awesome,I need to repaint them bad

pull the plastic peace off. then you have (3) 10mm screws to remove and it falls off.

To clarify that plastic piece that he's talkin about is inside the door at the top of the panel near the window.
