Help with race car.
im in the process of building my 92 civic cx into a race car. i want to get rid of the key ignition, plus someone offered to buy it for 300 dollars, i was going to put everything i needed to start the car on toggle switches, i know i need fuel pump, but which other ones will i need? i will have to convert to push button start too. has anyone done these mods before? this car will be track/autocross/roadraced and its the first car i have totally built from the shell up. thanks guys

take out spark plugs ... 4 of ur friends.... each one having sticks and rocks to creat a spark above the pistons and give it sum gas it should start up ... then no need for a push button ... and if u want u can have four azn friends to do it and then it will be a jdm starter.
EDIT: Not an insult. Just this has been coverd befor. Im am new to this and it just amazes me that people dont look it up.

why couldn't you just have one switch to give power to all the circuits that normally have power with the key in the "On" position, and a push button on the "Start" circuit from the key switch?
seems simple enough.

and jdm_loser, you're still a tool
you need to read the forum Rules and Guidelines more than he does.
