Default HELP PROBLEM!!!

my friend has a 95 civic ex ..at low rpm when accelerating it hesistate and bogs out at low rpm but mid and high its fine...what do you guys think it is..plmk..thanks

Could be the hot weahter... the hot intake charge kills hp. It should be especially noticable after sitting at a stoplight for awhile.

Take the car out for a run on a cool evening (If there is such a thing in CA) and see if it improves.... if not come back with more info on what mods, maintance done, etc.

i kind of had a similar probelm. my coil, cap and rotor went bad. so i replaced all of those items along with wires. it solved my problem. hope that helps!!
