"A turn up"? Do you mean a tune up? What all did you replace? Did you follow the self adjustment procedure after installing the brakes? Is the parking brake not working at all, or is it just not strong enough to hold the car? Did you replace the drums, or did you just get them turned?
After a simple brake job, you shouldn't need to adjust the parking brake handle.

Re: help plz hand brake mot working
I redid the rear drum brakes adjusted everything I needed to even the self adjuster and I redid the adjuster inside I tightened it to where the hub barely goes back on and now it stopped it's slightly but not enough to hold it I read check the brake line to see if it was broken anywhere and it was not

You didnt adjust fully then. Pull the drum open again and adjust more and check with the brake engaged and continue adjusting and if you.took stuff off then did you purge the breaks?

If you only adjusted the self adjuster, but didn't properly adjust it, you're SOL.
Get into an open, empty lot. Put the car in reverse, and get it up to ~10MPH. Slam on the brakes. Do that three or four times, and you'll be properly adjusted.
