HELP!!!! PLEASE!! CAR WONT START!! mini-me problem
car wont start!, all the timing is right, cam it right
i just did a mini-me with my y7 and z6 head, got everything conected right
i tried the stock P2E ecu, it starts just barely then stumbles and kills its self, prob bc of iacv and bigger injectors
it cranks over but doesnt fire. maybe the ignition timing is off by alot, idk
i need to drive back to school today, 2.5 hours, this is my daily!
only other thing i can think of trying to do is put the stock 190cc injectors in and reconvert the iacv back to 3wire
specs:
96 civic cx
d16y7 block
d16y8 intake manifold
d16z6 head
new tbelt
y8 injectors
3 to 2 wire iacv conversion, all vtec wires hooked up right
z6 dizzy with conversion harness to obd2a
P06 ecu converted to run vtec from Moates.net
basically stock ecu chip from Pherable.net

i put the stock 90cc injectors back it, reconverted it back to a 3wire iacv, put the stock P2E ecu back in and nothing still works, it wont even fire now, because it would at least try to and stumble then kill its self because it wouldnt idle
it cranks over fine, getting spark, idk if its enough, but plugs are gapped fine, they smell like gas, i took each plug out and grounded it and put the plug wire in it and got a spark from every plug

Re: (slikz714)
not getting any fuel, fuel pump is not priming, we jumped the fuel pump from the battery and the timing is off really bad, stubles like a mother [freak]er

Re: (JDM_EK_wanabe)
check over your grounds, i had a similar issue where i couldnt get the fuel pump to prime, and it was simply a bad ground, on the t stat housing to be correct.
map sensor wired correctly?

Re: (Turbo_y8)
ok, well we got the fuel pump to work, turns out i forgot to plug in the green connector by the ecu, how it came unpluged idk. but it still wont fire, i have no clue what is wrong with it. everything is grounded fine, the only ground that i undid was to the head, but it was reconected when i put the new head on. we are getting spark on all cyl, we have fuel pressure, the only other problem i can think of would be the ecu, but my stock P2E has been running perfectly fine for almost 12 years

yeah, plug wires are runing clockwise on the dizzy, 1342, 1 being the closest to the firewall,w e even set it to tdc and pulled the dizzy cap to make sure it was at cyl 1. i didnt check the compression yet because we didnt have a tool for that at the time, but when i get home on fri that will be one of the first things i check
