Icon6 Help please

I have a 1992 civic eg with a d16 v-tech motor
i took off the block and the really long screws that have a washer you cant take out and holds down the head keep spinning when i try to tighten them

is there a way of fixing this?

found out the name of the bolts
"cylinder head bolts"

it's VTEC not v-tech.
that's a phone brand.
(vtech/v-tech whatever.)

good luck on solving your problem.
