help..P0135(O2 heater CKT Bank#1, Senr.#1) cel code
I got a 99' civic ex, I already chaged the O2 sensor and ereased the code but keeps coming back could it be my catalyc converter? What else can it be?

damnit. i have the same problem(P0141) in my 99dx, but for the downstream sensor (after the cat). the CEL for yours is indicating the primary sensor before the cat so your cat should still be fine. i got the same result after replacing my sensor with a new denso unit. i think the problem is with the wires between the sensor and the ecu. funny thing is, right before i went to smog, i unplugged my ecu to reset it, and the light stayed off. did my drive cycle and passed smog with flying colors.....parked the car overnight....then BAM stupid CEL is back.

yeah..i tried that but mine comes back like 1 min. after driving.....I need to fix this to pass the smog too.... u think the wiring for the new sensor is wrong wrong and thats why its throwing that code any I ideas on what else cauld it be? or is this the only thing it could be? This Sucks.

Not sure but I'm shooting from the hip because I don't have an OBDII car so here it goes..
Are there fuses for the heater circuts I know they draw a few amps. Might it have blown a fuse?
You can also try and swap your pre-cat sensor with the post-cat one to see if the code follow's the sensor.
A couple for you to check.
