Default Help needed asap drum brake issue

So I'm replacing my rear shoes, doing the driver side. Disassemble everything OK, go to put it back together to I wrestle the left(rear) shoe back on, put the top spring on it, then put the other end of the spring in the new shoe. Well when I pull on the right shoes to get it over the cylinder piston, the right piston pops out from the pressure the left shoe puts on it.

Then brake fluid comes leaking (oh great). The springs inside the cylinder pops out too. I tried to put it all back together but I feel like the cylinder isn't assembled correctly. And every time I try to put the right shoe back on, the cup and piston just pop back out.

Any ideas on how to do this? Guy on YouTube made this look easy! Lol

But seriously, I need this car tomorrow. Help asap.

Replace the wheel cylinder.

Install the shoes.

Bleed the hydraulic system.

The key for quickly installing drum brakes is to assemble the brake assembly shown in the diagram below on your bench. Then drop the assembly down under the wheel cylinder and then slowly raise it back up into the grooves of the wheel cylinder.
