Default Avid mount fitment Issues??

Now i have your attention. Im swapping a b16a3 into my ek and im having some difficulties with dropping the motor onto the mounts. I ordered some avid mounts and so far all the mounts fit except for the driverside. its not lining up.....Need some feedback!

You will probably have to play around loosening them up and adjusting them from there before tightening everything down.

The mount on your motor is the problem.
Not the avid mount.

tried that but its still pushing out too far on the driver side....so far i came to the conclusion that it might even be the back mount that is causing the engine to push out too far?

Check for another B series mount B18B i think.
Its easy to tell how your bolt pattern should line up. The one on the engine now sits too far forward and resembles a B18A mount.

Hmm... :\

i'll probably stop by honda dealership tomorrow and order the 99-00 SI bracket instead to see if it fits.

Would it be safe to reuse my D series driver side mount instead?

Pull it off and see if it lines up.
Dont go to the dealer, hit up a junkyard and take the avid mount with you.
