I need help with my window. i have a 99 civic dx and my window messed up and im tired of waiting for honda to finally send me the replacement parts to a shop. i want to just fix it myself but i dont know how... i would appreciate it if someone could guide me through it or send me some diagrams on whats where inside of the door.... thanks alot.

the track is broken or at least thats what im told so the window doesnt go up or down anymore... i took apart the door panel and theres a wired thats just dangling inside. i tried looking inside to see whats going on in there but no luck.

you are probally talking about the window regualtor

What happened to me was one part of the track poped out and broke the ball bearing type thing off
See if something is dangling and and if so try to put it in the track and see if the window will roll up and down

if they are manual windows then i might be able to help...i just did mine today, some ******* broke into my car buy crowbarrin the window off its track and bending the regulator in the process....i just bent it back and bolted it back up to the **** and its almost as good as new

so all i gotta do is just put the wire thingy back into the track in the middle? cuz i really cant see anything except for the two outer guides and some thing in the middle.... do any of u guys have a diagram you could send me?
