Default Help with my weird idle

ok the car is a 95 civic cx and it has a jdm b16a motor and there are NO check engine lights on in the car. After warming up and the idle comes down to normal it will then bounce up to 1400 and then back down to about 1000 and does this repeatedly. I did clean out the component that is bolted to the back of the intake manifold and it still does it. What should I look to do next. Your help is greatly appreciated because I hate this bouncing idle! Thanks

I'd start with checking ALL your vaccum hoses for leaks, thats what my prob was, check all around the intake manifold. g/l

i checked all of the vacum hoses and did not find any thing wrong there but I found a thread about the component that bolts to the bottom of the throttle body that says " to remove it and clean and then screw in the white cap that has two slots in it" so I did this and it seems to be holding an idle at 750 according to the VAFC. Now should the little screw in the top of the throttle body that ( i am guessing) controls more or less air into it be almost screwed the whole way in. Mine is or should I let more air in to turn the idle up.

Thanks
sorry so long just tryin to be detailed

Vacuum Hoses - fittings - IACV - PCV Valve - Oil Level - coolant level - try fuel injector cleaner or Top End Cleaner...... check your plugs as well as the inside of your distributor cap to make sure contacts aren't burned up.
