((HELP)) my vtec aint working...

((HELP)) my vtec aint working...
i noticed that behind the block theres a sensor with no wire.. how can i hook that up?? is that the reason it aint working?? oil seems right.. the computer is right.. the other 2 sensors are right excpet that one..b16a2

yes sir i do and thats cuz of that sesor and cuz i dont have a cat, i have a stight from the mainfold apexi dunk..olskool

Knock sensor not working will not cause VTEC to not work. There has to be some other issue.
VTEC relies on three things:
RPM
Coolant Temp
Oil Pressure
As long as your wires are correct and you have those three things, it should be ok.

wtf.... if he has a cel the engine will go into failsafe and not let vtec engage and if he has a knock sensor not working then he would hav a cel

untrue...even a cel for your vss can disable vtec

WTF? there is only one way you could have came up with conclusion.
1. you don't have a vtec motor.
2. you never had and/or worked on a vtec motor.
either way you don't know what the hell you are talking about. please stay away from giving mis leading info.

first put back the bulb like i told you, then connect your knock sensor and you'll have your vtec!
