HELP!!! my timing is off. What should i do
my timing is off in my GSR swap. It skipped a notch on the cam gears. It runs good still. I HAVENT hit vtec in it since this has happened. im getting it fixed soon and i baby the car. does it sound ok to drive?

Keep it really low key and don't rev it too high. You could detonate or collide the pistons and valves very easilly when in this state. That said, you really shouldn't be driving it at all.
Edit: and your sig should read "VTEC for PRESIDENT" not V-TEC.

i wouldnt recommend driving it until you fix the problem. your car must run like crap right now.

it runs fine... my mechanic said that it would idol up and down but it doesnt do that! i need to fix it.

you're 4.5 degrees off from where you should be.
Loosen the T-belt tensioner, slide the belt off the gears, turn the crank pulley to TDC, turn the cam gears to tdc, slide the belt on, tighten the tensioner.
What is so difficult?
