Help!! My reverse light stays on

Help!! My reverse light stays on
Last night my reverse light started staying on even when i'm not in reverse! It stays on even when i'm driving?? What could it be the reverse sensor or sumthing??
PS I did install a Flip up indash yesterday to, But i only plug in the radio harness hook up my remote wire for my amp and rca cable! The only thing i grounded was the green n yellow wire so i could watch movies on the indash!! I removed the indash and the reverse light still stays on??? HELPPP GUYS THIS IS IRRIATING!!!
