I have a 1998 civic dx with the usual bolt ons (h/i/pullys/y8 manifold/e). These are my problems...

1. belts squeel everytime i start my car in the morning or if have been sitting for a few hours (seems like from the belt my AEM pullys use)

2. When i start the car in the morning, my entire car shakes for 2 sec like its about to stall then it goes back to normal.

3. My idle has been erratic for a few years now. So bad my shift **** feels like a vibrator on high. I have also noticed lately my engine having a knocking sound. Like my valves need to be adjusted.

Mmmm, vibrator huh?? J/K. Have you tried adjusting your idle at all?? Also, when was the last time you replaced your belts?? Make sure there's nothing leaking on them, like oil or steering fluid perhaps. Also, how many miles have you driven since your last oil change?? What weight oil did you use?

i think it may be a belt problem...
