help!!! my catalytic won't fit my 2.5 aftermarket headers
hi guys, i bought an ebay header 4-1 2.5 piping. i put it on and it won't fit my stock catalytic. i went back on ebay and looked for aftermarket catalytic and all the catalytic i see is mostly 2.25 inlet 2.5 outlet. will this be able to fit my header? and will the 2.25 able to fit 2.5? i'm not sure just asking you guys before i buy and catalytic. let me know because i can't be driving my car like a harly davidson everywhere.

well duh it wont fit, stock cat is like 1" big (not exact size, but its pretty friggin small).
Yes it'll fit, just take it to a muffler shop and have them cut the flange on your stock cat and reweld it back on.

You can also have a flexpipe put in if you want. Muffler shop is all you need to do. I went with the flexpipe and eliminated the cat completely.
