HELP! My 99-00 EK wont start!
I have a 2000 EK coupe with a B18C Motor. OBD2-OBD1 conversion. my car wont start!
My car has been garaged for about a year now.
When I got in my car, my lights or nothing would work. I was guessing it was my battery so I jumped it.
I tried jumping it, and when I turned the key, all I heard was a fask clicking noise.
What's wrong with my car? Do I need a new alternator, battery, or starter?
Any help would be awesome! Thanks!

If your Interior Lights work, you can rule out a dead Battery.

Is this all you hear? If your car doesn't even turn over, then check your Ignition Switch and Main Relay.
Also, if you have an Alarm with Starter Kill, this might be contributing to your problem.
You will likely get better responses in the A/V/S forum...

Re: (94eGsr)
Sounds like the solenoid tapping.
This is resulted by low battery voltage.
Remember light and horns require alot less amperage to work.
As apposed to get your starter to turn your motor over.
Make sure the jump connections are good.
Wiggle them around.
Make sure you have a good ground.

Re: (Slamaccord)
Well, before trying to jump my car, NOTHING was working. not even the lights or anything.
We used jumper cables, and they were connected properly.
Also, I do not have a security system installed at all.
The noise is a very fast, rapid tapping noise if that helps any.
Thanks!

Re: (JDM Approved)
I had the same problem. Turned out to be a dead battery. If you don't want to buy a new one, just charge the old one over night with a batt charger.
