HELP/ my 95 Civic feels like it wants to turn off
hello everyone. i have a 95 ex coupe 5 speed. i bought the car about 3 months ago and i did a tune up which includes oil, filter, spark plugs cables oil pan oil pan gasket, distributor cap and rotor, etc. now my car when i drive it and stop at a light or at a stop sign it starts to shake as if it were about to turn off but it doesn't. the car doesn't do it all the time it only does it when it wants. it feels like when u are braking completely while its on a gear without stepping on the clutch. the rpm needle does not move at all while doing this ( note the car is stopped at a light or stop sign) and everything else seems normal and it doesnt loose power at all and it turns on like a brand new car.
any help and or advice would gladly be appreciated. thanks ppl!

Get a timing light, and check your mechanical and ignition timing. You may have tweaked something during your tune-up.
