Default Help me start my 93 honda civic

I picked up a 93 Honda Civic from an insurance auction that I attend regularly. The car had apparently been sitting for a long time such as 6 months maybe more. I have been trying to get it started and have lost ideas on the little things that could cause the car not to start. These are not hard cars to get running. So what are your ideas on what could be wrong with it.

Things I have tried and replaced.
I replaced cap and rotor, plugs, plug wires. It shows spark on all 4 cyl when pulling the plugs. I check the ground, sanded and made sure it was properly connected. When I turn it over it turns over really slowly, but the battery is brand new. Sometimes it will just click when I try to turn it over, then I will try again and it will just turn over slowly. I checked the timing belt and its in mint shape.

My thinking is that it needs a new starter but it turns over enough that will allow it to start and it doesnt. It has gas, and spark, and a ground, what else could it be? Its possible the gas is bad, thats the only thing I can think of. Just pondering for some ideas with this turd. Thanks

sounds like a dieing starter.also make sure that the pistons are not rusted in place. pour a cap of oil in each spark plug hole.

Yeah I was thinking the starter is dieing. I just did not understand why it is turning over so slow and everything is in place but will not start. The battery light is on when its turning over, I can not remember if it normally is or not.
