Default Help me solve my idle problem

All right the car is a '96 Civic EX.D16Y8 motor, stock except for an intake.

The problem
When the car is cold such as in the morning or after being parked a while,I can start the car fine and it will idle ok.The thing is if I have my ac on while my engine is cold, the car will idle for about 3 seconds and it'll die,I have to keep revving it a little(about 1000rpm).As long as the needle doesnt rest the car wont die.

This ONLY happens if the engine is cold, can you guys help me out?

EDIT
EDIT,APPARENTLY IT DOESNT MATTER IF I HAVE THE AC ON OR NOT WHEN STARTING IT,I HAVE TO KEEP REVVING IT A LITTLE AND IF THE TACH RESTS,THE CAR WILL DIE.THIS ONLY HAPPENS FOR A MINUTE OR TWO,THEN IT IDLES FINE AND DOESNT DIE

Sounds like a belt issue, or you need to raise your idle up.

Which belt are you talking about?
