Default help me please with a fuse!

okay this is the deal, my friend is in the navy right now and i have his car. his car is completely stripped b\c he's redoing the interior. well he just mounts the guage cluster where you can see it...well i was driving it and one of the ribbons behind the cluster touches a piece of metal on the car and sparks and now i can't tell how much gas i have or how fast i'm going. this is because of a fuse right? can someone tell me which fuse it is/what amp it is so i can change it out this afternoon....
thanks

yeah i know what a blown fuse looks like, except i'm at work right now and i have to go to school right after work and i don't have much time to look at each fuse, i didn't want to be driving with no speedometer, so i was wondering if i could just find out faster.
